Gallery

Welcome to the exhibition "A controlled multisensory explosion of moods, colours and textures in abstract art"!

We encourage you to view it on a computer screen, a laptop or possibly a tablet.

In order to fully experience the narrative proposed by the curator, we suggest starting the viewing by pressing ‘enter exhibition’ (not by ‘start guided tour’) and selecting the poster on the right of the entrance and moving around the virtual space of the gallery according to the direction indicated by the arrows (‘next’ or ‘previous’) at the bottom right corner of the screen. You can also turn the music down; the volume control is in the top right corner of the screen.

When you hover over an object, three elements will appear in the lower right corner; pressing the middle element, the ‘next’ arrow, will take you to the following object. Information about the object and the artist can be accessed by pressing the ‘i’ element in the circle in the upper right corner of the screen.

If you accidentally leave the tour, press on the next object again. You can always leave the tour by pressing ‘exit detail view’ in the top right corner and look around the room.

If you decide to explore the exhibition according to your own preference, please use the navigation keys (arrows to the right of your keyboard, or the ones in the lower right corner of the screen) to move around the gallery space. If you want to take a closer look at a particular object, simply click on it. All the information will then be displayed. If you want to move away again, just click on ‘exit detail view’ in the top right corner.

Enjoy the exhibition!

Small display

We cordially invite you to discover our new, small exhibition format: “Conversations with the Algorithm”. This unique display presents visual objects created by artificial intelligence, which interpret the title of our previous exhibition, “Between Body and Space. Intangible Landscapes, Fragility, and the Fluidity of Perception.” This is the first in a series of small-scale displays, designed to foster a dialogue about the role of AI in art and life, showcased between our main exhibitions at Galeria Melete.
