Sylwia Marszałek – Jeneralczyk bio

Sylwia Marszałek-Jeneralczyk is a visual artist, a graduate of the Faculty of Sculpture at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow (2022). She primarily creates spatial objects, blending traditional sculpture with new media and technology. Her work focuses on the relationship between humans and nature, initiating a dialogue about ecology, technology, and the future of humanity in the face of dynamic changes.

The artist works as an assistant lecturer at her alma mater’s Faculty of Sculpture and is involved in educational activities at the Staromiejski Youth Culture Centre in Cracow. Her achievements include the Rector’s Scholarship (2020-2022) and the Santander Universidades Scholarship (2022). Sylwia Marszałek-Jeneralczyk’s works have been exhibited in renowned institutions, including the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, MOCAK Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Cervantes Institute, as well as in numerous solo and group exhibitions both in Poland and abroad. She has also collaborated with Galeria 2 Światy.
