1. Melete Gallery, operating as part of the Foundation for the Promotion of Art and Artistic Collaboration "Art Planes" ("Płaszczyzny Sztuki") in Łódź, informs you that it will be the Administrator of your Personal Data, which includes the e-mail address.

The purpose and basis for the processing of the collected personal data is to carry out the activities of the Melete Gallery, as defined in the statute of the Foundation for the Promotion of Art and Artistic Collaboration "Art Planes" ("Płaszczyzny Sztuki") in Łódź, including the promotion and dissemination of culture in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) and (e) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the marketing of the services of the Melete Gallery and the creation of summaries, analyses and statistics for the internal needs of the Administrator, which includes reports, marketing research, planning the development of services, the creation of statistical models.

Melete Gallery informs you that the personal collected data will not be transferred to third parties, will be stored on servers located in the European Union and will be distributed by a marketing platform operating in the European Union, therefore subject to Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
4. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of Melete Gallery's current promotional strategy plan or until you withdraw your consent to its storage.
